18. Open the Control Panel window to click the MultiMedia icon. Then confirm that the Preferred Device is selected as USB Audio Device

19. Click on the Playback icon once to bring up the Speaker pop-up screen. The Windows default level of 50% is too low for our purposes, so increase the Speaker volume to 80-90% for much better signal to noise ratio
